The SP-techno B2B Webshop is intended only for professionals (companies or individuals with a VAT number) and not for individuals.

The publication manager is Mr. Tony Michiels, owner of the SP-techno online sales site.


These general conditions of sale apply to all offers and order confirmations of SP-techno, and to all orders placed by the customer. Any sale or order on our Webshop implies the Purchaser’s knowledge of these general conditions. Our general conditions of sale are available at all times on the website. No order can have been validated without the field dedicated to the recognition of the knowledge of the general conditions not having been notched.

The applicable general conditions of sale are those in force on the date of validation of the order by the Buyer. SP-techno reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, the general conditions of sale, the modifications then being applicable to all orders subsequent to this modification.

Any modification of the general conditions of sale will be subject to a new agreement upon each new purchase by the Buyer.

Webshop Accessibility

To access the SP-techno Webshop, the customer must make an explicit request to SP-techno, by e-mail to info@sp-tec.es or by telephone to the number in Belgium: +32 (0) 2 808 13 99.

Registration on the B2B Webshop is only effective if the customer receives a confirmation email from SP-techno containing a username, personal password and a link allowing them to access their new account in line.

In the member area, the customer can choose to keep or modify their access codes to the Webshop. SP-techno reserves the right to refuse registration to a client and is not required to specify the reasons which motivated their refusal.

The customer must use all reasonable means allowing him to avoid the illicit use of his access codes. The customer undertakes to ensure that any person whom he authorizes to use his access codes complies with the General Terms and Conditions of Online Sale. The customer is responsible for any damage resulting from the use of his access codes or the use of these by an unauthorized person. SP-techno declines all responsibility in the event of improper use of access codes.

Offer and Order

The products offered for sale and accompanied by the mention “in stock” are available for sale immediately and are present in SP-techno’s own stocks. We are committed to putting all the means at our disposal to honor all your orders.

In case of unavailability of a product which is the subject of a confirmed order, you will be informed by e-mail or by telephone of the total or partial cancellation of your order. If the unavailability is communicated while the amount of your order has already been debited from your bank account, SP-techno undertakes to reimburse by crediting the bank account or the means of payment used at the latest in the fourteen (14) days from the payment of the Buyer.

We accept no responsibility for errors that may appear in the descriptions of the products or the ordering process. However, and provided that they have been brought to our attention in writing, we undertake, as far as possible and within our means, to rectify these errors as soon as possible. If the product delivered does not meet the specifications of the delivery note, you can return it according to the methods defined in Article 7.4.

To buy a product, just add it to your cart. Then enter the contact and billing details. Choose your delivery method :

  • Home delivery or another address by DpdBelgium (see prices)
  • Collect your articles yourself at the following address: Drève Richelle 161 – Bâtiment C 1410 – Waterloo

In the last step of the process, a summary page is displayed, you accept our general conditions and you confirm your payment by clicking on the order button. Your purchase is final when you have gone through these steps. We will send you a confirmation of your order by email. Once your orders are completed, you have access to the status of your orders via your account or via the confirmation email that we will send you. You will receive an invoice after validation of the payment. Date from which the order will be sent to you.


Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices mentioned on our site are denominated in euros, excluding Belgian taxes and delivery costs, which we always communicate clearly before you place your final order. The prices are fixed in accordance with the application tariff at the time of the order. SP-techno reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

If a price error occurs on the Webshop, the customer must immediately notify SP-techno in order to rectify the error as soon as possible. SP-techno reserves the right to process the order at cost, or to give the customer the opportunity to cancel it.

Information About Tax

VAT applies to Belgian companies. VAT does not apply to non-Belgian companies in the European Union with an intra-community VAT number. The VAT number must be entered when placing the order and validated by us.


In order to ensure payment security, the Webshop uses the secure payment service of Stripe or PayPal; Payment will be made on the Internet at www.webshop.argos-solutions.com by Credit Card (Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard) or by the user’s PayPal account.

Your order is only validated when we obtain the agreement of the card issuer. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery and / or non-delivery of your order which are due to the refusal of the issuer of your card to make your payment. Orders that are not accompanied by a valid payment on behalf of the card holder are not accepted or processed.

To guarantee the security of online payment and your private data, the transaction data is sent after encryption by SSL technology. You do not need to have any special software to pay using this technology. You will recognize a secure SSL connection by the “padlock” that appears in the status bar at the bottom of your browser.

Shipping and Delivery

Depending on the type of items ordered, your goods will either be delivered with DPD Belgium or picked up by yourself at the following address: 161, Drève Richelle – building C. This choice of delivery is indicated in the overview of your order. We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of the communication of erroneous data.

In the event of delivery by post, your order will be delivered to you within the usual time limits and this through DPD BELGIUM. Delivery times cannot be considered as fixed delivery times. In the case of the withdrawal of the goods, the withdrawal will take place during the opening hours of SP-techno. Just indicate the time and day of withdrawal in the order process.

We deliver in Belgium and Europe according to the defined zones and at the rates of our delivery partner DPD BELGIUM.

The day the parcel leaves the warehouse, you will receive a track & trace number by e-mail allowing you to track your parcel online. You will also receive an e-mail with the invoice relating to your order. The invoice will include details of delivery costs and VAT. The delivery will be accompanied by a delivery slip showing the list of products delivered.


The warranty is only valid if the devices are used correctly and no modification or repair has been made, except by SP-techno.

The products and goods sold are new or used. The Purchaser accepts this principle and the consequences which ensue from it, in particular their possible wear and obsolescence.

Any complaint relating to apparent defects in the product or merchandise purchased must be made within 7 days of receipt of the package. Returns are accepted only after prior agreement from SP-techno.

In the event of application of the guarantee, it will be agreed, depending on the circumstances, to repair the article, to replace it or to reimburse it as a voucher or, if the buyer prefers by crediting the bank account or the means of payment used no later than fourteen (14) days.

All our photos, content, plans, drawings, offers on the site www.webshop.argos-solutions.com are its property. They cannot therefore be used or copied without our written agreement, by an authorized person.


Your order will be processed in accordance with our Privacy policy, accessible on our website and forming an integral part of these general conditions of sale, in accordance with the general provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) , dated May 4, 2016. You can ask us at any time to have your personal information removed from our data files.

Applicable Law And Juridiction

As a priority to any legal action, the parties will seek in the event of litigation an amicable agreement. The Purchaser is requested to this end to contact customer service by email at info@sp-tec.es or by phone +32 (0) 2 808 13 99.

These online sales conditions are subject to Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, the courts of the seller’s registered office are competent, unless there are binding public policy provisions.
